We are a brand new modern contemporary venue located between the beautiful Langeberg mountains just outside Robertson. Not only are we surrounded by award-winning wine farms, but our location is unique as it offers easy access from the R62 and is very centrally located.

We are proud to share with you that our modern contemporary venue is completely solar-powered and functions are completely off the grid. Your special day should all be about celebrating your love, and not about concerns of loadshedding.

 

Our venue consists of three elements:

• The Piano Bar – perfect for pre-drinks or even indoor ceremonies (weather influence).
• The BEULD reception hall – perfect to accommodate up to 160 guests.
• The Poplar Bush – our romantic 360 view of the bridal couple where intimate ceremonies are hosted.

BEULD package includes the following:

• All tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery for up to 80 guests
• Sound and microphones in the main reception hall
• High-quality Ice cream and cappuccino machines
• BEULD Manager on the day to assist with all event-related assistance
• Bar staff and waiters for up to 80 guests
• Our luxurious Cellar 1947 and Cellar 1980 self-catering units. Both these units have private heated pools and are exclusive to you and your wedding party.
• Our 8 luxury POD’s accommodating 16 PAX. All with ensuite bathrooms.

We also have a very luxurious guest house in the heart of Robertson called Cellar in Town. This is a beautiful, restored house with 4 ensuite Queen rooms with a private pool. On request, we can also offer additional accommodation to all your wedding guests within a proximity of 2km from the venue.

We are also affiliated with other guest houses in Robertson, providing hospitality of the same standard.
We pride ourselves in having our own private chef from Ragazzi’s who will collaborate with you to ensure that you and all your guests will have the most memorable wedding day.

We have a full onsite South African liquor license and have a beautiful selection of BEULD house wines as well as our own MCC. We can also offer a wide selection of popular South African wines. We are very well-resourced with wedding suppliers and vendors. These vendors consist of wedding coordinators to décor suppliers and sound and lighting operators. We can also assist with third-party vendors to assist with the entertainment of your guests on your special day.

HOLY MOLY! That was the most epic day of our lives thank you to each and everyone one of you for everything! We are so lucky to have had the best team ever pre and during our wedding day! We can not thank you enough for all the small things and big things that day it was such a jol and it was just perfect! Braam! Wow, what a journey from visiting the venue more than 2 years ago and falling in love with The Beuld before it was open, your passion and love for your vision I knew I had met the perfect place and the perfect people! You and Riaan have built something so magical and Michael and I are so happy we got to be part of it! From the special touches of the plaque on the lovers lane and set up with the last minute tent and outdoor cocktail area. The Beuld is not just a venue it’s a special moment in life for us we will never forget! Your hands on approach throughout the journey, chats over wine and Riaans beautiful piano serenades will live forever in my heart! You two are so amazing and we will come back and have to see all the progress you make year on year, cause no doubt you will! The best team and the best day of our lives! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and overall experience! When we were looking at wedding venues, we wanted something unique and somewhere that would allow our guests to make a weekend out of our wedding – but also didn’t require them to travel too far out of Cape Town. Beuld the Venue at Robertson ticked all the boxes. We thoroughly enjoyed the private tasting from Chef Clinton, and we could not decide on which canapes to select and eventually picked way more than we planned! If you’re a foodie, this venue hit the nail on the head. Our food came out piping hot, quickly and tasted divine. One of the highlights from our wedding day was seeing all of our nearest and dearest enjoying themselves fully, dancing under the stars (yes, we had our dance floor outside) and having a flawless experience thanks to the incredible attention to detail Braam and Riaan and their entire team at Beuld the Venue provided.
