Goedgeleven is a picture-perfect wedding venue. From the moment you drive onto the dust road with aloes framing the road to the venue, you are greeted by a small pond surrounded by beautiful gardens that add to the elegance of the venue.

The chapel’s side doors open so that the tranquility of the garden and pond enters the chapel and makes the wedding ceremony much more picturesque. 

The reception hall comfortably seats 150 guests with glass doors opening over the pond, offering spectacular views of the water and landscaped gardens with views of the surrounding farms. The reception hall also has a comfortable-sized dance floor and a cash bar offering various drinks, even famous international cocktails. Goedgeleven transforms at night when the garden and pond are lit up with lights and the celebration fires in the firepits.

Goedgeleven’s packages include the chapel, reception hall, one night’s accommodation for the married couple, tables, chairs, a 3-course meal, welcome drinks, wines, in-house DJ, in-house florist, lawn games and so much more.

We had our wedding at Goedgeleven, and what an amazing experience it was. Charmaine and the team are an amazing bunch. The aura from the team made all of us calm. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly whenever anything was needed, and boy-oh-boy was everything on point. Ettienne was absolutely incredible with the entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed the music, could not stay away from the dance floor. Simoné was absolutely incredible, too. Very friendly and calming aura when prepping us for photos. It was an amazing experience, with amazing people, with an amazing team backing us up. We will forever cherish our wedding experience at Goedgeleven,  and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all of you. You are amazing.

On behalf of Netto, the directors and staff, I would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the MOST AMAZING venue and host to our staff end-of-year function. Everyone loved the venue and some were definitely considering having their weddings and parties there. A BIG THANK YOU for so generously allowing us to use the furniture – it definitely enhanced our experience. And then of course the table décor was absolutely stunning, thank you for going the extra mile. To your chef, we simply loved the food, and our vegetarians thoroughly enjoyed the special curry he prepared. Ettienne, you really kept our staff on their feet with your DJ skills! Not once was that dance floor empty lol! Thank you so much for creating a great atmosphere. To the rest of the staff who stayed on top of things all day long, thank you for your excellent service. The event would not have been a success without all of you. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was to have our function at Goedgeleven, but I will have to settle with a simple WELL DONE! It couldn’t have gone any better.

What more can I say than ABSOLUTELY AMAZING… A Godly feeling of an Upper Hand surrounding you the entire time… Thank you Tannie Charmaine, Ettienne, Simoné and every person in their beautiful team that was there making our special day even MORE special than we ever thought it could be. Every single person is giving and serving with absolute love, care, friendliness.
