We have been photographing weddings in Cape Town since 2012. During that time, we’ve created lasting relationships with many of our clients and continue to photograph special events in their lives (e.g. maternity, family, friends’ weddings, etc). It’s great to part of so many special moments!
Our photography is primarily a documentary style, capturing the day as it unfolds. But we also guide you when necessary. We encourage you to read our reviews on Facebook or Google and you will see that the most common feedback from our clients is how comfortable we made them feel – and it shows in the photos.
Being a wedding photographer is not just about being able to take photos. It’s about being able to help people stay relaxed and be present in the moment. This is a skill that only experience provides. And when people thank us afterwards, they always mention how easy we made it for them. Before the wedding, people are understandably unsure as to what to expect. But by the end of the engagement shoot or after a few minutes of the wedding, those feelings are gone because of our professional and friendly approach.
How to get great wedding photographs?
First of all, doing an engagement photoshoot is great preparation for the wedding as it gets you comfortable with having your photos taken. And when the wedding comes around you will be much more relaxed.
When you book us for your wedding, we’ll have a meeting with you to find out what you want, offer some advice to help make things run smoothly and assist you in creating your timeline for the wedding day.
If you’ve never done this before, don’t worry, we have 🙂 We know how overwhelming it can be to plan a wedding so please reach out to us for advice.
As mentioned, we are based in Cape Town. But we love to travel so we are open to exploring new places.
