My husband and I had our wedding at The Bridge in Muldersdrift several years ago and it was absolutely magical. The stunning outdoor ceremony space overlooking the river and lush gardens, perfectly manicured, created a romantic and picturesque setting for our special day. Andrew and his staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that our guests were well looked after. The reception hall was beautifully decorated, and the food was both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical and unforgettable wedding day. We had our wedding at The Bridge in August of this year and it was magical to say the least. A bit of a backstory, we were supposed to get married at another venue but unfortunately it didn’t work out. Several venues were contacted. But one stood out above all. Andrew, the owner, was quick to respond and arranged a meeting with us the same weekend, soothing the most of our anxiety.

After our meeting, Andrew kept our date and reassured us that everything will be ok. He was always just a phone call or message away. His right-hand, Corrie, was the sunshine I needed. The venue was always neat and beautiful. Andrew was even kind enough to allow us to do a photoshoot. Every meeting we had, was informative and well structured. In the three meetings we had everything was sorted. Andrew was always there to assist with anything.

On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect – even the weather. Corrie, Andrew and all the staff worked exceptionally hard to make our dream come true, they always popped in to ensure we were doing fine. The atmosphere was wonderful, as the night became cool, Andrew started the fireplace and it just added to this wonderful aura. The servers were polite and professional, we didn’t have 1 problem with food, only several compliments. The next morning as we were on our way out. We had an amazing garden view breakfast, and that was exceptional, the chef outdid herself, we set out to our happily ever after. I would gladly go back to The Bridge for any occasion. The Bridge treated us like family, and we are forever grateful, providing exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and a lifetime of memories. – Driaan & Yoliza Potgieter
