Zorgvliet Wines is the perfect wedding venue, where we can add a touch of magic, class, and style to your big day! Our estate is nestled in the Banghoek Valley near Stellenbosch. The breathtaking views of both the majestic Simonsberg and Drakenstein Mountains that surround our beautiful vineyards will amaze you. Your wedding pictures will be absolutely spectacular!

Here at Zorgvliet there are so many options to create your perfect wedding day, big or small! We have a very elegant wedding venue, The Oak Room, for your reception and a Chapel for your ceremony. Our Banghoek Room is the ideal setting for pre-reception drinks. Walking distance from the venue is our Country Lodge that sleeps 36 guests, offering the perfect accommodation for you and your guests.

For pre- or post-wedding activities, we have a Picnic Area, with a country-style restaurant and a deli where we can host various events. Choose from a pre-wedding BBQ under the stars, to a post-wedding picnic on the lush green lawns. The possibilities are endless. Eenzaamheid

Situated in Agter-Paarl, Eenzaamheid’s event space, boasts a picture-perfect natural backdrop, exquisite vineyard, and manicured garden views. Just recently the venue was renovated stylishly to accommodate the perfect setting for weddings, corporate and private events. The venue offers spectacular views with a lovely veranda.

Another true treasure of the historic wine farm, is the Bridal Manor at Eenzaamheid that have been tastefully decorated in a warm palette, while still encapsulating the farm feel. The Manor House is equipped with kitchen facilities and offers a spacious get-ready area for the bridal party on the wedding day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ons het my verjaarsdag die naweek by Eenzaamheid gehou. Dit is ‘n lieflike venue wat die kinders en grootmense ewe veel geniet het! Yolanda het absoluut alles gedoen en gereël – ek moes net opdaag. Sy het soveel moeite gemaak en die fyner detail het dit regtig spesiaal gemaak. Die kinders het hulself moeg gespeel op die plaas en daar was ‘n paar trane toe dit huis toe gaan tyd raak! Ek sal Yolanda en haar venue 100% aanbeveel vir enige funksie! – Anlin du Bois

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nestled within the breathtaking Lourensford Estate in Somerset West, Laurent is an unparalleled setting. For my husband, Henry and I, this spot has such a special place in our heart. It is not merely where we exchanged our vows but also where our love story unfolded. This was the place where Henry asked me to be his girlfriend under the Lourensford trees and the same location where we got engaged, marking a full circle moment. Reflecting on our wedding day, it felt as though we had stepped into a fairytale. Situated at the foot of the Helderberg mountains, the venue boasts panoramic views of the polo field and vineyards where most of our couple portraits were taken. The majestic tree-lined lane leading to the venue and the picturesque surroundings provided an enchanting backdrop for capturing these timeless moments. Our ceremony was nature’s own adornment, with butterflies fluttering around during the day and a rainbow gracing the sky afterward, it truly felt like we were in heaven! During the reception, we had the most amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional while the culinary delights and hospitality service ensured an unforgettable night. Highberry

Recently completed in 2019, the brand new and bespoke Wedding and Function Venue at Highberry Vineyards offers exciting opportunities to host your special celebration with its immaculate setting being tucked away deep in the Hottentot Holland foothills – a mere 45 minutes from Cape Town.

Diamant Estate

Diamant Estate is set against the dramatic backdrop of Paarl Mountain a mere 45 minutes from Cape Town. Gorgeous views extend from the front of the property; include an expanse of manicured lawns, vineyards and majestic Oak trees. You might even catch a glimmer of Table Mountain in the distance.

The Old Chapel is a small wine cellar dating from the 1700’s which has been tastefully transformed into an intimate chapel for wedding ceremonies. The Old Chapel can also be transformed into a cosy, more intimate space to hold your reception and dance party for boutique weddings.

The Lawn consists of breathtaking views, envision the sun setting over Table Mountain in the distance, old oak trees and vineyards that wrap around the area and mountains as far as the eye can see. This is an exquisite area for outside ceremonies, sundowners or even an outdoor reception. The Barn can be used in conjunction with the old chapel, as stylish glass doors separate the two spaces. The extra-large fireplace or air-conditioned facility makes this the ideal spot for a smaller event, both winter and summer.

The Main Venue is a beautifully renovated historic wine cellar that is the flagship of our function spaces. While the original Cape Dutch style was retained, the designers and architects artfully married tradition with contemporary fittings and finishes. Two large courtyards with cozy fireplaces and stylish lounge pockets, as well as a beautiful wooden and granite Bar facility complement the Main Venue. We offer a variety of packages and options at different venues on the estate. From a small, intimate wedding in The Old Chapel or The Barn, an outside ceremony and reception on the lawn, to a large celebration in the Main Venue. Wilmarie and John in particular, go above and beyond to make your dream day a reality. Nothing is too much effort, and the passion they have for making dreams come true is tangible. When I walked through the venue for the very first time before deciding to use it, I knew instantly that it would be where we would make our wedding happen. The attention to detail, the accommodation and the catering (Red Pepper) are simply out of this world.
