When we were planning the wedding we wanted something that would be simple but elegant and we got exactly that. Thank you sooo much Ananda, the decor and flowers were beyond our expectations. I woke up this morning very grateful. I just wanted to thank you for yesterday, I know it was just only part 1 but you did an amazing job. I am happy and my parents were happy. Bergvallei has its own character and atmosphere with its Stellenbosch-type green and white buildings surrounded by rose gardens, fountains and Roman statues. We have two charming chapels, one conventional and the other one with open sides. There are two reception venues which cater for between 60 and 250 guests. Our Main Hall boasts four large fireplaces, which also makes it the perfect setting for a romantic and cozy winter wedding. We also have accommodation available, which is very convenient for guests and family coming to your wedding from afar.

Ideally situated on the R28 (highway between Krugersdorp and Pretoria) in the Muldersdrift area – we are only 30 short minutes from Johannesburg and Pretoria, but with the surrounding tranquility it could be hours away.

We would just like to thank you for making our big day so special. From beginning to the very end, we were treated like royalty. The bridge is a beautiful destination for weddings and functions. A little water runs over the low-level bridge that takes you to indigenous gardens, where large willows amongst others, surround fountains, well-maintained lawns and beautiful flower beds. The tranquil gardens on the banks of the Wilgerspruit, surround the original farmhouse. Our well-planned menus and appetising food are prepared and presented by a talented team of chefs. My husband and I had our wedding at The Bridge in Muldersdrift several years ago and it was absolutely magical. The stunning outdoor ceremony space overlooking the river and lush gardens, perfectly manicured, created a romantic and picturesque setting for our special day. Andrew and his staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that our guests were well looked after. The reception hall was beautifully decorated, and the food was both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical and unforgettable wedding day.
