According to Rossouw, one of the members, the band particularly loves performing at weddings. “Everyone is expecting a party so it just makes our job so much easier. We love watching people have a good time while we enjoy making music. Also, the good food is a welcome bonus”.
The guys of Monkeys Wedding met each other while studying music at COPA Pretoria. Little did they know that they would meet again three years later after having their own adventures performing in theatres, hotels, doing session work and even doing contracts abroad. When their paths crossed again on that fateful day they knew that it was time to shape their own futures and so Monkeys Wedding was born! Monkeys Wedding is currently in its eighth year of bringing upbeat, professional performances to its clients and spreading the “happy” all around!

They provided very nice background tunes during canapés as well as unforgettable live music during the evening (Afrikaans, oldies and wedding classics just as you like it).
