Gillian Pope is a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef who, after making a few Special Occasion cakes and Wedding cakes for friends, fell in love with the sweeter side of life and decided to specialise in Patisserie and Sugar Artwork. Since then, Gill has produced many wedding cakes to happy couples and made their special day unforgettable.
