Eikenhof Estate

Snugly enclosed by its own lush vineyards and set against the sloping hills of the Stellenbosch Winelands, newly established Eikenhof Estate is a gem of a destination for wedding celebrations, corporate retreats and leisurely family festivities. Eikenhof is a 3km scenic drive along Fischers Road, just off Bottelary Road. Centrally located between Stellenbosch, Brackenfell and Kuilsriver, the Estate is easily accessible, yet tucked away just far enough from the busy main road to make visitors feel like they have arrived at their own private and peaceful hideaway.

CAP CLASSIQUE: Eikenhof Estate boasts a modern, elegant function and wedding venue, aptly named Cap Classique, and can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people in a banqueting setup. The design of the walkway leading from the parking area to the venue is a striking match of wooden Pergola and natural stone barrier walls, creating the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony under a canopy or an ideal spot for pre-drinks and canapés. The large indoor fireplace, magnificent chandeliers and beautiful sunken in bulkheads which features its own mood lighting create an ambiance second to none. In addition, there is a covered veranda leading off the main venue with its own fireplace for guests to mingle.

In order to cement all the elements together, the lawn area which is strategically situated between the walkway, veranda and main venue is ideally situated to accommodate a marquee or stretch tent which adds another dimension of intrigue and ambiance if so required. Click here to see more.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do we even begin?!?!?! The former of our wedding planning months are no longer relevant as the Eikenhof team literally took our vision together with our incredible service provider team to pull off the most incredible day we could ever have imagine. We were venue less 1 week prior to our wedding day and through wonderful friends we had the privilege of meeting Marieta and Peter. From the moment we set foot at Eikenhof they were readily available to help, assist and do anything they could to make our day what we had envisioned it to be and BETTER! The attention to detail, communication between ourselves and our suppliers was just so refreshing, if stressed out were people, we were certainly those people. And through the storm we felt we were in they made us see the rainbow and executed on a breath-taking day nothing less than perfect. From the staffing, bar service, catering, availability of personnel, you guys were on the ball and just there at our service to assist with whatever was required.

The villa we stayed at the night before the wedding aswell as the night of the wedding was exquisite. Everything fitted our theme of our day perfectly and we were in awe of the beauty of the venue. Eikenhof certainly is a venue I would highly recommend, nestled away in the middle of the winelands, it really is a perfect venue for both intimate wedding or larger wedding settings. We felt so connected to our guests during the church service under the pergola and even during our photo session, everything felt homely and warm and perfect. Landtscap, a Stellenbosch venue with various open spaces that allow for creativity and multiple events with 180-degree views of the Stellenbosch winelands and the Cape mountains. A space offering no limits in the multiple spaces on offer, may it be a wedding, an event, launch or conference. The services include food and beverage supply, service staff and on- the- day coordination.

We offer luxurious accommodations on the farm in modern, styled, fully equipped homes to see to the stay of the bridal party, family, or guests. Zorgvliet Wines is the perfect wedding venue, where we can add a touch of magic, class, and style to your big day! Our estate is nestled in the Banghoek Valley near Stellenbosch. The breathtaking views of both the majestic Simonsberg and Drakenstein Mountains that surround our beautiful vineyards will amaze you. Your wedding pictures will be absolutely spectacular!

Here at Zorgvliet there are so many options to create your perfect wedding day, big or small! We have a very elegant wedding venue, The Oak Room, for your reception and a Chapel for your ceremony. Our Banghoek Room is the ideal setting for pre-reception drinks. Walking distance from the venue is our Country Lodge that sleeps 36 guests, offering the perfect accommodation for you and your guests.

For pre- or post-wedding activities, we have a Picnic Area, with a country-style restaurant and a deli where we can host various events. Choose from a pre-wedding BBQ under the stars, to a post-wedding picnic on the lush green lawns. The possibilities are endless. The expansive vineyard grounds offer breath-taking backdrops for outdoor ceremonies at the pool area, while the barn interior provides an inviting space for indoor festivities.
