Wow, we have no words to express our gratitude. What a spectacular day at the most incredible venue – our guests could not stop complimenting the space and the breathtaking views. It truly was the perfect setting for our wedding dreams to come to life. The food was absolutely delicious and loved by all. While we didn’t have much of an appetite on the day, the pre-tasting experience gave us complete peace of mind and was one of the best experiences we could have asked for. It is not merely where we exchanged our vows but also where our love story unfolded. This was the place where Henry asked me to be his girlfriend under the Lourensford trees and the same location where we got engaged, marking a full circle moment. Reflecting on our wedding day, it felt as though we had stepped into a fairytale. Situated at the foot of the Helderberg mountains, the venue boasts panoramic views of the polo field and vineyards where most of our couple portraits were taken. The majestic tree-lined lane leading to the venue and the picturesque surroundings provided an enchanting backdrop for capturing these timeless moments. Our ceremony was nature’s own adornment, with butterflies fluttering around during the day and a rainbow gracing the sky afterward, it truly felt like we were in heaven! During the reception, we had the most amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional while the culinary delights and hospitality service ensured an unforgettable night.
